== sopherdophie ==

sopherdophie is a player on Froobworld that joined on Sunday, December 14th of 2014, back on Map 8 (yes, that long ago!). She has played on every map of Froobworld to date, with a majority of her time spent on map 8 and 9, and later a resurgence on map 12, where she became a member of the blueberry squad (Trusted).
She is best known for being a friendly face on the server, collecting mass amounts of sand that she inevitably wont keep in stock at her shop, and for being a nabby nab (aka annoying the crap out of her friends in various ways >:D)

=== Map 8 ===

Back in December of 2014, Soph was invited to join Froobworld by her friends anna45623 and Tank_guy1498. She had never played on a survival multiplayer server before, so she thought it was cool and checked it out. However like the idiot child she was, she didn't understand the gravity of her actions and was a very nabby nab, going on a stealing spree that resulted in her being banned (zero surprises there). However, she learned from her mistakes and through some character development and many ban appeals, she was able to return to the land of Froob, never to nab again.

Later on Map 8, Soph (known at the time as sophbob101), along with her brother [[happybirthday16]] created the town [[Shroomtown]]. There were villager homes made out of mushrooms, many player homes, and tons of decorative builds!

Soph knew many players on this map and was even apart of the town [[Old Town]], that had a charming rustic style. Soph even eventually became the warden of the Fissure District portion of the town.

===Map 9===
When it was time for the map reset, Soph was ready! She had her sights set on a large island in the South Eastern portion of the map. So when the time came for her to log on, she traveled by foot and boat to get to her desired location, and it was perfect!

She had a blast with making a bunch of builds and farms, with her friend anna45623 being her next door neighbor.

===Map 10===
Map 10 was the map with the least amount of playtime for Soph. She had only managed to gather some dogs and cats and found a small snowy village on the furthest northern border, when she had lost the ability to play minecraft for a long time. (see photo)

===Map 11===
In early September of 2024, Soph had been gifted a laptop for school, and of course downloaded minecraft immediately. After she had been playing for a little while by herself, she remembered back to Froobworld, and wondered if it was still going. Low and behold, it was, and she got a warm greeting when rejoining! After exploring for a bit, she got settled in a spruce forest on the southern border close to the southeast corner of the map. She got set up with her home, made a few farms and opened a shop in spawn. She got to meet the current active players, and participated in goofy shenanigans. But alas, school needed her focus so she had to depart from Froobworld once again.

===Map 12===
Cut to: September 2025- Soph no longer has school, and gets the minecraft two week phase. She hopped into Froobworld to discover that the map reset! She said hellos to players she had not seen for a while, and set out to find a spot for her base! She settled at a village sandwiched between a spruce forest and a dark oak forest, next to the ocean. However the two week phase passed and she didn't want to stop!

She got to work building her base along with some farms, started her shop in the shopping district (which has gone through a few renditions), made friends and got busy on some community projects!

So far on map 12, she has started New ShroomTown (very much a work in progress), she was worked quite a bit on the Nether Tunnel System ([[N.A.B]]), and has sold a variety of goods in her many shops, specializing a bit in redstone, but then pivoting to focus on just selling sand.
On one fateful day (April 18th, 2026), a certain nab named ThaTallDude sent Soph a message on behalf of the staff, asking if she would like to join the Blueberry squad, to which she very much said yes :3 She has been very grateful for this opportunity because she has been able to come out of her shell a lot more since and has made many friends :)

Nowadays, she can be seen exploring, hanging out with her friends, spying on other players, collecting sand or working on her current build projects that she totally hasn't been procrastinating, like at all :D If you see her, say hi, shes pretty friendly o/

bonaan joined froobworld on the 9th of June 2024 in [[Map 11]] - during the quiet hours of froobworld, when nobody else was online. He wandered around spawn for a few minutes looking at shops, got killed by a zombie and then left. He did not return for 2 weeks.

Bonaan first started playing Minecraft in 2011 when he was asked by friends to join them on a factions PVP server. However once he'd gotten a hang of the game and was geared up he mostly ignored the war and instead focused on mastering redstone - the first large contraption he designed was a combination lock.

He has since been admin on a few different smaller servers, mainly helping out with plugins and general server operations.

In 2024 one of those servers got a new group of players - they were talking about Froobworld. He got interested in the semi-vanilla concept and joined, finding it refreshing with a server that didn't have pay-to-win, economy or other excessive plugins.
Once he'd played a bit and saw how good the community and staff was he got hooked.

Bonaan became [[Ranks#Trusted|trusted]] on the 27th of September 2024 and later [[Ranks#Staff|staff]] on the 14th of December 2024.

=== Map 11 ===

Bonaan first settled somewhere near the eastern border of the map, digging down to mine for resources and created a small underground storage room and crop farms. He slowly geared up and gathered enough diamonds to purchase an elytra.

When roaming the shopping district looking for the elytra, he ran into [[_A_sly_Potato_]], who was able to sell him the elytra. Bonaan and Sly joined at roughly the same time and have been friends on the server since.

Once froobworld updated to 1.21, he knew that he wanted to make use of the new Crafter. He went out to search for an unclaimed witch hut in order to make a farming district based around redstone and automatic crafters. He found a witch hut in the older parts of the map and this eventually became his permanent base.

With the other new addition in 1.21 being trial chambers, bonaan saw an opportunity to fill an untapped market - trial keys and breeze rods. He designed and built his own trial farm spanning three cleared out trial chambers, connected by rail through the nether.

Bonaan opened up a shop at [[Spawn_Town_9|spawn]], first iteration being a house featuring lots of copper and then later redesigned to look like a shulker. The shop was selling shulker shells, redstone components, trial keys, potions and more.<br>
The shulker shop has always been <strike>white</strike> <strike>red</strike> <strike>pink</strike> <strike>cyan</strike> <strike>black</strike> <strong>rainbow colored</strong>.

Around january of 2025, bonaan and another player opened up the shop [[Mojave]] on the outskirts of the town [[Crateris]]. Bonaan built an advanced redstone ordering and pricing system. You would order items in bulk by selecting what you wanted from a barrel, the items would be packaged up into shulker boxes and delivered to the front of the store. In addition a redstone lamp display would show how many diamonds to pay.

Bonaan was the third player to join [[Map 12]], after [[froobynooby]] and [[EvilDrBA]]. He, together with other members of [[E.G.G.]] and players of the server planned to quickly go for killing the dragon and claiming the dragon egg in the name of the community.

He started out settling near spawn, making a small house at 0,0 (it still doesn't have a roof) and set off into the mines to gear up. Some time later that day, after the dragon fight, bonaan and [[EvilDrBA]] was scouting for a village to set up a small industrial area. They ran into [[GPRO678]] and [[ThaTallDude]] and the 4 of them decided to settle a village together. The group became known as BEGT (after their initials).

After a few weeks, bonaan wanted to start on a base of his own. He talked a bit to his friend [[EemilSepp]] and decided to settle in a lush cave underneath Eemil's base. Those plans later changed when bonaan and [[ThaTallDude]] decided to make a base together instead.

I did log off with no intention of coming back, but a few weeks later I got into my 2-week phase and haven't stopped since.<br>
I had just found renewed interest in Minecraft after a long period of not playing much, right when the auto crafter was released.

It was around the time I got [[Ranks#trusted|trusted]] when I heard about and noticed some issues with the plugin. I found a link to the code in the wiki and dug in - at first wanting to get an understanding of how it worked and fix things that annoyed me. One example of early fixes was the /rtp command - it used to either fail half the time, put you inside powdered snow or on top of a giant map art in the middle of the ocean.

My favorite moment was a year ago, at the map reset. The end of map 11 was a really enjoyable moment together with many of the people I've gotten to know, then there was a few hours of downtime for the reset where a lot of us sat together in discord - formulating plans on how to get the dragon egg. Once the server opened again for the map 12, the race was on and there was a whole new world to explore.

== Overview ==

New Harfell is located east of spawn. It was founded by [[_A_sly_Potato_]] and [[Eclipsecats]] on June 28th 2025. It was made an official town by connecting it to spawn through nether tunnels on June 29th 2025, making it the first official town on [[Map 12]]. It sits on an island surrounded by a peninsula. New Harfell is also home to [[Map 12]]'s first shop; created by [[Threemonk]].

New Harfell is a leading town in [[Eastern_Mandate|The Eastern Mandate]] and is allied with all of the towns within it.

South of New Harfell lies a western themed town called Fox City. It is a separate state but flies the New Harfell flag.

== Name ==

The name "[[Harfell]]" was chosen by [[_A_sly_Potato|Sly]] because it was a town on [[Map 11]] that he had lived in for most of his time on FroobWorld. The name has been approved by [[Stinkerism]].

The day Map 12 was created, Sly and Eclipsecats set out to make a base together. We sailed for days, sunrise to sunset but eventually we found ourselves upon a rocky coastline. We constructed a starter mine and gathered materials such as cobbletsone, wood, and sand to make glass. Once we were done we started work on a Townhouse, the first building in the town. It sits upon the same rocky coastline we had landed on. Soon more people began to flock to the town which made it regular to see someone building or walking around on the island. In a couple weeks, New Harfell was expanded north and The Eiffel Tower and Statue of Liberty were made, making the town a popular tourist destination. For various reasons the player activity of the down began to decline, but that didn't stop the towns' expansion. In late August the Colosseum began construction- which was eventually finished in mid January. Roads, shops, farms, and even different districts began to form; making New Harfell a town with unique and a wide variety of different builds. Today, some parts of the town are the same while others have completely changed from what it was on June 28th; but the core focus of the town has always stayed the same: New Harfell is a free town with a great community where you can build whatever you would like. (within reason) Currently, the active player count of the town is small but projects and builds are still being worked on, even if it doesn't look like it on the surface...

The first notable event occured in New Harfell was a dispute between Foxfire3321 and Foxfurlife. On top of the newly contrusted Effiel tower, Foxfire and Foxfurlife were sitting in the observation platform when [[A_sly_Potato|Sly]] and [[Illumnex]] floated up on a happy ghast. Foxfire went to hop on when Foxfurlife hit him off! Foxfire gathered his loot, then went back up to face foxfurlife. Sly sealed the room in glass just as they started fighting. At this point, a few other players tped and watched along with Sly on top of the happy ghast. Foxfurlife, being the superior fighter eventually won. Leading to foxfire declaring a court hearing. In under 10 minutes, [[Map_12|Map 12's]] first courtroom was built. It sits elevated above a cliff that drops down to the bay. In a suprising turn of events, the 2 foxes claimed that Sly and [[Illumnex]] had "forced them to fight for entertainment". In the end, Foxfire3321 and Foxfurlife won the case; leading to the judge sentencing Sly and [[Illumnex]] to execution. Sly tried to run, but was chased down by [[Meekiale|Meek]] and killed.

The Colosseum is a project that was started by Sly in late August of 2025. It is a 1.1 scale replica and features numerous hallways and seating areas. == sopherdophie ==

sopherdophie is a player on Froobworld that joined on Sunday, December 14th of 2014, back on Map 8 (yes, that long ago!). She has played on every map of Froobworld to date, with a majority of her time spent on map 8 and 9, and later a resurgence on map 12, where she became a member of the blueberry squad (Trusted).
She is best known for being a friendly face on the server, collecting mass amounts of sand that she inevitably wont keep in stock at her shop, and for being a nabby nab (aka annoying the crap out of her friends in various ways >:D)

== History ==

=== Map 8 ===

Back in December of 2014, Soph was invited to join Froobworld by her friends anna45623 and Tank_guy1498. She had never played on a survival multiplayer server before, so she thought it was cool and checked it out. However like the idiot child she was, she didn't understand the gravity of her actions and was a very nabby nab, going on a stealing spree that resulted in her being banned (zero surprises there). However, she learned from her mistakes and through some character development and many ban appeals, she was able to return to the land of Froob, never to nab again.

Later on Map 8, Soph (known at the time as sophbob101), along with her brother [[happybirthday16]] created the town [[Shroomtown]]. There were villager homes made out of mushrooms, many player homes, and tons of decorative builds!

Soph knew many players on this map and was even apart of the town [[Old Town]], that had a charming rustic style. Soph even eventually became the warden of the Fissure District portion of the town.

===Map 9===
When it was time for the map reset, Soph was ready! She had her sights set on a large island in the South Eastern portion of the map. So when the time came for her to log on, she traveled by foot and boat to get to her desired location, and it was perfect!

She had a blast with making a bunch of builds and farms, with her friend anna45623 being her next door neighbor.

===Map 10===
Map 10 was the map with the least amount of playtime for Soph. She had only managed to gather some dogs and cats and found a small snowy village on the furthest northern border, when she had lost the ability to play minecraft for a long time. (see photo)

===Map 11===
In early September of 2024, Soph had been gifted a laptop for school, and of course downloaded minecraft immediately. After she had been playing for a little while by herself, she remembered back to Froobworld, and wondered if it was still going. Low and behold, it was, and she got a warm greeting when rejoining! After exploring for a bit, she got settled in a spruce forest on the southern border close to the southeast corner of the map. She got set up with her home, made a few farms and opened a shop in spawn. She got to meet the current active players, and participated in goofy shenanigans. But alas, school needed her focus so she had to depart from Froobworld once again.

===Map 12===
Cut to: September 2025- Soph no longer has school, and gets the minecraft two week phase. She hopped into Froobworld to discover that the map reset! She said hellos to players she had not seen for a while, and set out to find a spot for her base! She settled at a village sandwiched between a spruce forest and a dark oak forest, next to the ocean. However the two week phase passed and she didn't want to stop!

She got to work building her base along with some farms, started her shop in the shopping district (which has gone through a few renditions), made friends and got busy on some community projects!

So far on map 12, she has started New ShroomTown (very much a work in progress), she was worked quite a bit on the Nether Tunnel System ([[N.A.B]]), and has sold a variety of goods in her many shops, specializing a bit in redstone, but then pivoting to focus on just selling sand.
On one fateful day (April 18th, 2026), a certain nab named ThaTallDude sent Soph a message on behalf of the staff, asking if she would like to join the Blueberry squad, to which she very much said yes :3 She has been very grateful for this opportunity because she has been able to come out of her shell a lot more since and has made many friends :)

Nowadays, she can be seen exploring, hanging out with her friends, spying on other players, collecting sand or working on her current build projects that she totally hasn't been procrastinating, like at all :D If you see her, say hi, shes pretty friendly o/

== sopherdophie ==

sopherdophie is a player on Froobworld that joined on Sunday, December 14th of 2014, back on Map 8 (yes, that long ago!). She has played on every map of Froobworld to date, with a majority of her time spent on map 8 and 9, and later a resurgence on map 12, where she became a member of the blueberry squad (Trusted).
She is best known for being a friendly face on the server, collecting mass amounts of sand that she inevitably wont keep in stock at her shop, and for being a nabby nab (aka annoying the crap out of her friends in various ways >:D)

Back in December of 2014, Soph was invited to join Froobworld by her friends anna45623 and Tank_guy1498. She had never played on a survival multiplayer server before, so she thought it was cool and checked it out. However like the idiot child she was, she didn't understand the gravity of her actions and was a very nabby nab, going on a stealing spree that resulted in her being banned (zero surprises there). However, she learned from her mistakes and through some character development and many ban appeals, she was able to return to the land of Froob, never to nab again.

Later on Map 8, Soph (known at the time as sophbob101), along with her brother [[happybirthday16]] created the town [[Shroomtown]]. There were villager homes made out of mushrooms, many player homes, and tons of decorative builds!

Soph knew many players on this map and was even apart of the town [[Old Town]], that had a charming rustic style. Soph even eventually became the warden of the Fissure District portion of the town.

When it was time for the map reset, Soph was ready! She had her sights set on a large island in the South Eastern portion of the map. So when the time came for her to log on, she traveled by foot and boat to get to her desired location, and it was perfect!

She had a blast with making a bunch of builds and farms, with her friend anna45623 being her next door neighbor.

===Map 10===
Map 10 was the map with the least amount of playtime for Soph. She had only managed to gather some dogs and cats and found a small snowy village on the furthest northern border, when she had lost the ability to play minecraft for a long time. (see photo)

===Map 11===
In early September of 2024, Soph had been gifted a laptop for school, and of course downloaded minecraft immediately. After she had been playing for a little while by herself, she remembered back to Froobworld, and wondered if it was still going. Low and behold, it was, and she got a warm greeting when rejoining! After exploring for a bit, she got settled in a spruce forest on the southern border close to the southeast corner of the map. She got set up with her home, made a few farms and opened a shop in spawn. She got to meet the current active players, and participated in goofy shenanigans. But alas, school needed her focus so she had to depart from Froobworld once again.

===Map 12===
Cut to: September 2025- Soph no longer has school, and gets the minecraft two week phase. She hopped into Froobworld to discover that the map reset! She said hellos to players she had not seen for a while, and set out to find a spot for her base! She settled at a village sandwiched between a spruce forest and a dark oak forest, next to the ocean. However the two week phase passed and she didn't want to stop!

She got to work building her base along with some farms, started her shop in the shopping district (which has gone through a few renditions), made friends and got busy on some community projects!

So far on map 12, she has started New ShroomTown (very much a work in progress), she was worked quite a bit on the Nether Tunnel System ([[N.A.B]]), and has sold a variety of goods in her many shops, specializing a bit in redstone, but then pivoting to focus on just selling sand.
On one fateful day (April 18th, 2026), a certain nab named ThaTallDude sent Soph a message on behalf of the staff, asking if she would like to join the Blueberry squad, to which she very much said yes :3 She has been very grateful for this opportunity because she has been able to come out of her shell a lot more since and has made many friends :)

Nowadays, she can be seen exploring, hanging out with her friends, spying on other players, collecting sand or working on her current build projects that she totally hasn't been procrastinating, like at all :D If you see her, say hi, shes pretty friendly o/

In early September of 2024, Soph had been gifted a laptop for school, and of course downloaded minecraft immediately. After she had been playing for a little while by herself, she remembered back to Froobworld, and wondered if it was still going. Low and behold, it was, and she got a warm greeting when rejoining! After exploring for a bit, she got settled in a spruce forest on the southern border close to the southeast corner of the map. She got set up with her home, made a few farms and opened a shop in spawn. She got to meet the current active players, and participated in goofy shenanigans. But alas, school needed her focus so she had to depart from Froobworld once again.

Cut to: September 2025- Soph no longer has school, and gets the minecraft two week phase. She hopped into Froobworld to discover that the map reset! She said hellos to players she had not seen for a while, and set out to find a spot for her base! She settled at a village sandwiched between a spruce forest and a dark oak forest, next to the ocean. However the two week phase passed and she didn't wan't to stop!

So far she build her base along with some farms, started her shop in the shopping district (which has gone through a few renditions), made friends and got busy on some community projects! [More details to be added!]

So far on map 12, she has:

* Worked on The Nether Tunnel System ([[N.A.B]])

== sopherdophie ==

sopherdophie is a player on Froobworld that joined on Sunday, December 14th of 2014, back on Map 8 (yes, that long ago!). She has played on every map of Froobworld to date, with a majority of her time spent on map 8 and 9, and later a resurgence on map 12, where she became a member of the blueberry squad (Trusted).
She is best known for being a friendly face on the server, collecting mass amounts of sand that she inevitably wont keep in stock at her shop, and for being a nabby nab (aka annoying the crap out of her friends in various ways >:D)

Back in December of 2014, Soph was invited to join Froobworld by her friends anna45623 and Tank_guy1498. She had never played on a survival multiplayer server before, so she thought it was cool and checked it out. However like the idiot child she was, she didn't understand the gravity of her actions and was a very nabby nab, going on a stealing spree that resulted in her being banned (zero surprises there). However, she learned from her mistakes and through some character development and many ban appeals, she was able to return to the land of Froob, never to nab again.

Later on Map 8, Soph (known at the time as sophbob101), along with her brother [[happybirthday16]] created the town [[Shroomtown]]. There were villager homes made out of mushrooms, many player homes, and tons of decorative builds!

Soph knew many players on this map and was even apart of the town [[Old Town]], that had a charming rustic style. Soph even eventually became the warden of the Fissure District portion of the town.

When it was time for the map reset, Soph was ready! She had her sights set on a large island in the South Eastern portion of the map. So when the time came for her to log on, she traveled by foot and boat to get to her desired location, and it was perfect!

She had a blast with making a bunch of builds and farms, with her friend anna45623 being her next door neighbor.
