Server guide/Border regions

The area around the outside of the map is referred to as the border regions. From 0,0, it is 7k blocks in all directions until it is expanded. It has in the past extended further east due to expansions of the map as new updates have come to the game. The End and Nether dimensions also have these border regions.

🎯 Purpose

The border regions are an area of the map that resets periodically (roughly every week or two). This is done to introduce fresh materials and resources into the server while giving everyone a fair shot at getting them.

However, there are a few important rules and restrictions:

• ⛏️ You can only mine ore you haven’t mined before.
• 📢 A plugin will notify you if you try to mine an ore type you’ve already mined in the past.
• 💎 The same rule applies to loot chests — you may only loot a chest type once.
• ⚠️ Upon entering the border region, you’ll receive a warning that anything built or left in the area can be wiped when it resets.
• ❌ Only place things you’re fine with losing! It is on you if you lose times!
