square_balloon is a player on FroobWorld who joined on 6/29/2026 and currently Loyalist rank.
Biography
Square_balloon has had minecraft on every device they've ever owned, including the original console edition, which they have distinct memories of playing the minigames on. They were mostly good at spleef and glide, but they absolutely sucked at battle. One day, while browsing the official minecraft server list, they stumbled upon froobworld, a server that seemed promising. They imagined a server like the others they had played, filled with grief, pvp, and/or microtransactions. They were pleasantly surprised at their subverted expectations.
Joining right after the nab wars of map 12, they immediately decided to chat with the players on the server. They were welcomed quickly into the culture, occasionally making comments about finding resources and places to build. The others would guide square_balloon to better ways to find stuff, such as public farms or simple starter gifts of iron ingots, beds, and even diamond gear.
Their starter house, which they now consider their ugliest contribution to the server, still remains to this day, built in a snowy biome with guidance from joe80012.
They've joined 2 towns. Oufk's town, which was unnamed at the time (and still has a very confusing naming scheme) was the first. Then, after a lovely call with _Auburn, they managed to join the legionaires. This is one of their greatest achievements on the server according to them, up there with getting full netherite and finding the courage to not tear down their starter house (lol).
