The Shogun of the Kingdom of the Lands, also simply known as the Shogun is the 2nd highest commanding member of The Lands who serves only under the King. Their role is to command the Kingdom Guard and to protect the Kingdom at all costs.

As defined by the "Kingdom Book of Ranks", the Shogun is allowed to intervene in public affairs and disputes within the Lands, this includes but is not limited to, plot disputes, land claims and infrastructure. Although it should be noted that the Shoguns primary duties are focusing on the Kingdom Guard, allowing Civil matters to be handled by The Thane and The King seperately.
Additionally the Shogun is one of 3 members permitted to enter the upper floors of the Royal Palace, this is given because of the fact they have their own penthouse on the 4th floor that looks out across The Lands.
