Boom Town was a Map 8 roleplay town themed after the wild west. It was created by SwankyPhil with help from kendra17997, later known as WheelOfFire after her mom, Tricia, took the account.
Info
Boom Town was first advertised on the old forum site by admin SwankyPhil (see the post Here). It was built with roleplay in mind, with Phil wanting people to join to fill jobs such as a priest, banker, barkeep, and others.
Phil mentions in his ad that the town is best enjoyed with a custom resource pack created by EnigmaForce combined with the B'lazin Saddles texture pack.
Most buildings contain full interiors, with only one building plot left unfinished. The town has two food stores, a weapon smith, a bank, a tavern, a church, a jail, a general store, a post office, and even some gallows for a hanging.

- - With TheChief13 taking the role of priest, the church is located right next to the gallows.
- Boom Town Tavern
- - One of the first buildings you see and located in the town center, the Boom Town Tavern has a large bar space with additional seating upstairs. There is an armor stand posing as a customer at the bar.
