Overview
The First Chernian Offensive was an armed conflict started by the Chernian armed forces targeting BreezyThatPhish, it resulted in a catastrophic failure for the Chernian military and laid ghe groundwork for further armed conflicts.
Background
From Cherno's Inception it harbored Anti-Bourgeois ideology, as such one of the first constructions in the settlement wad an old cannonball cannon dubbed the "community cannon", while it did not fulfilling its military duties appropriately and only fired once, it set up the precedent for future community focused Infrastructure as well as further military intervention.
Following rapid developments of the surrounding area, Draghtnim personally deployed sea mines inside the river bordering both Cherno and BreezyThatPhish's claim; following concerns that this might be an illegal action under international law, a war declaration wad drafted and promptly sent to Breezy
