Map 4 is a retired map that was a successor to map 3, and a predecessor of map 5. No copies of map 4 are known to exist.
History
Map 4 was created in March 2012 for the release of Minecraft 1.2. The map was destroyed a couple months into its release due to an incident in which an admin attempted to perform a rollback. The rollback was incorrectly specified, causing the actions of all players to be undone. Due to the lack of a backup, it was decided to retire the map following the incident.
