sopherdophie
sopherdophie is a player on Froobworld that joined on Sunday, December 14th of 2014, back on Map 8 (yes, that long ago!). She has played on every map of Froobworld to date, with a majority of her time spent on map 8 and 9, and later a resurgence on map 12, where she became a member of the blueberry squad (Trusted). She is best known for being a friendly face on the server, collecting mass amounts of sand that she inevitably wont keep in stock at her shop, and for being a nabby nab (aka annoying the crap out of her friends in various ways >:D)
History
Map 8
Back in December of 2014, Soph was invited to join Froobworld by her friends anna45623 and Tank_guy1498. She had never played on a survival multiplayer server before, so she thought it was cool and checked it out. However like the idiot child she was, she didn't understand the gravity of her actions and was a very nabby nab, going on a stealing spree that resulted in her being banned (zero surprises there). However, she learned from her mistakes and through some character development and many ban appeals, she was able to return to the land of Froob, never to nab again.
Later on Map 8, Soph (known at the time as sophbob101), along with her brother happybirthday16 created the town Shroomtown. There were villager homes made out of mushrooms, many player homes, and tons of decorative builds!
Soph knew many players on this map and was even apart of the town Old Town, that had a charming rustic style. Soph even eventually became the warden of the Fissure District portion of the town.
Map 9
When it was time for the map reset, Soph was ready! She had her sights set on a large island in the South Eastern portion of the map. So when the time came for her to log on, she traveled by foot and boat to get to her desired location, and it was perfect!
She had a blast with making a bunch of builds and farms, with her friend anna45623 being her next door neighbor.
Map 10
Map 10 was the map with the least amount of playtime for Soph. She had only managed to gather some dogs and cats and found a small snowy village on the furthest northern border, when she had lost the ability to play minecraft for a long time. (see photo)
Map 11
In early September of 2024, Soph had been gifted a laptop for school, and of course downloaded minecraft immediately. After she had been playing for a little while by herself, she remembered back to Froobworld, and wondered if it was still going. Low and behold, it was, and she got a warm greeting when rejoining! After exploring for a bit, she got settled in a spruce forest on the southern border close to the southeast corner of the map. She got set up with her home, made a few farms and opened a shop in spawn. She got to meet the current active players, and participated in goofy shenanigans. But alas, school needed her focus so she had to depart from Froobworld once again.
Map 12
Cut to: September 2025- Soph no longer has school, and gets the minecraft two week phase. She hopped into Froobworld to discover that the map reset! She said hellos to players she had not seen for a while, and set out to find a spot for her base! She settled at a village sandwiched between a spruce forest and a dark oak forest, next to the ocean. However the two week phase passed and she didn't want to stop!
She got to work building her base along with some farms, started her shop in the shopping district (which has gone through a few renditions), made friends and got busy on some community projects!
So far on map 12, she has started New ShroomTown (very much a work in progress), she was worked quite a bit on the Nether Tunnel System (N.A.B), and has sold a variety of goods in her many shops, specializing a bit in redstone, but then pivoting to focus on just selling sand. On one fateful day (April 18th, 2026), a certain nab named ThaTallDude sent Soph a message on behalf of the staff, asking if she would like to join the Blueberry squad, to which she very much said yes :3 She has been very grateful for this opportunity because she has been able to come out of her shell a lot more since and has made many friends :)
Nowadays, she can be seen exploring, hanging out with her friends, spying on other players, collecting sand or working on her current build projects that she totally hasn't been procrastinating, like at all :D If you see her, say hi, shes pretty friendly o/
