The Southeastern Condominium of Montostan and Harfell (henceforth referred to by its acronym, the S.C.M.H.) is an island colony of joint jurisdiction governed in coalition between the Benevolent Montostanian Empire and Harfell. It borders the muncipality of Panticapol, and is geographically close to Erevan and greater Pretoria. The colony was founded on the 25th of March 2023, stemming from the historical event known as The Waffle War, and was of strategic importance to the two founding nations.
Banner
The official banner of the S.C.M.H. combines the Harfellian colours and the B.M.E.'s white floral pattern. However, this banner is not particularly common and it is more usual to see the banners of Harfell and the B.M.E. be placed beside one another.
Language
With Harfell's legal tongue being Dutch and the B.M.E.'s being Esperanto (and English being spoken in both of them), the S.C.M.H.'s official languages are Dutch, Esperanto and English.
