Spawn Town 10 is the first spawn town on Map 12. Born directly after the map reset, this spawn town is one of the first modern towns free of shops. Instead, all builds in the town are community orientated. Notable places are the farms, the mail office (post office), minigame hub, sauna, and the various sign walls.

The spawn plaza has information signs and a small deck with seating.

Another notable feature of Spawn Town 10 is the absence of a portal hub. Unlike previous maps, Map 12 was created free of portal hubs to facilitate the creation of the Map 12 Nether Hub. This nether hub can be found underneath the spawn plaza.
